- As teams go through the process of deliberation, a set of possible options emerge that can be captured in the Options area.
- This is a running list of items and you will be able to edit this list as long as the decision is not DECIDED.
- Each of the members on the decision will have the option to rank the items on this list.
- The ranking is as simple as rearranging the items by just dragging and dropping each item.
- As each of the members offer their individual ranking, the system will consolidate the team's ranking using the simplified borda count model.
