- If you have your teams using Slack or MS Teams for daily conversations, you can connect those streams to your tribe on LetsDecide.
- As conversations stream into LetsDecide, Athena (the AI Engine) can perform NLP over those conversations and identify hotspots.
- Once you have set up the connection between the Slack/MSTeams, messages on the channels that have the app enabled, will start streaming into LetsDecide.
- On LestDecide, messages are stitched into conversations and then are put through Natural Language Processing to gather insights about topics that may need some attention.
- Topics may include tactical challenges, Customers that need attention, or strategic initiatives that teams want to pursue.
- You can drill down or search specific hotspot conversations, and create decisions right from there!
Setting up Slack:
- Make sure you are the tribe owner before you begin.
- Go to Manage tribes from the tribe menu.
- On the tribe when you want to enable Slack stream, click "Edit".
- On the edit screen, go to Integrations tab.

- Login to the desired Slack workspace.
- You should then see the screen asking for your approval to install the app.
- If the installation is successful, you will be navigated back to LetsDecide.
- Go back to Slack and add Athena By LetsDecide app to one or more channels.
- After that, messages from those channels will be streamed into LetsDecide for analysis.
