Please follow steps below to reset/change your password;

Click on User Profile -> Logout.
After successful logout, you will be redirected to login screen.
From the login screen, click "Need help signing in" -> "Forgot password"
On the next screen, enter the email id which is also your login user name.
If that was a valid e-mail id, you will receive instructions in your inbox to set up a new password.
Click on the link in the email.
On the first screen, you will be asked to provide answer for the secret recovery question.
If this was your first time trying to reset/change password, please choose and enter a new answer. Make sure to remember that! (For the subsequent attempts to change the password, you will have to use the answer you provided first time)
On the next screen, please choose your new password.
You are all set now!
